WHY CHOOSE A PERSONAL TRAINER?

If you feel you need motivating, encouraging and the right information regarding diet and training plans then read on.

A personal trainer can provide the right exercise prescription for your needs. By doing this and setting out your individual short, medium and long term goals improvements may result in improved body composition, physical performance, heart conditions and health outcomes.

A personal trainer will pay close attention to your exercise form, workout routine, and nutrition plan. We also will be there to motivate and encourage you throughout your plans. Regular reviews will also take place to make sure you have the right tools to continue and enjoy your future training.

If you need more reassurance, you can be put in touch with other clients who have already benefited greatly from the personal training delivered through Everybody Fitness. Both time and location are flexible, as is choice of training in order to meet your individual preferences and needs.

When I started PT with Shelley I needed to get fit and get active.
Shelley assessed my fitness levels quickly and smoothly introduced me to different types of exercises and fitness. We completed circuits, boot camps and Boxercise. I have been recovering from a cruciate ligament injury of which training has been tailored to suit me and rehabilitate my injury. Through unique training exercises i have improved not only knee strength but also balance, co-ordination and flexibility.
