Circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. It is also an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 6 to 13 strength exercises that are completed one after the other. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The benefit of this class is it allows you to work at your own pace.
Whatever your level of fitness this class offers a mix of resistance and cardiovascular exercise so can be adapted to suit everybody.

11am-12pm: Circuit class at Sellack Village Hall
6pm-7pm: Circuit class at John Kyrle High School Old Gym
